Prince Harry makes quiet power move amid claims he's Meghan Markle's 'spare'

Prince Harry might have been flying under the radar lately, but insiders say the Duke of Sussex is quietly gearing up for a major comeback and it's about time.

The 40-year-old royal has taken a backseat as Meghan Markle, 43, dominates headlines with back-to-back projects.

While Meghan has clearly embraced her moment, a new report from the Mail on Sunday reveals Harry is working behind the scenes on his own commercial venture, expected to drop in the next few months. 

This, alongside his continued work with the Invictus Games Foundation, signals a shift in the Sussex dynamic.

“Harry is unkindly described as the ‘spare’ to Meghan’s endeavours,” a source told the outlet. 

“In reality, he’s been giving her the space to flourish. Now it’s his time to throw himself into exciting new work.”

The duke’s next move remains tightly under wraps, but sources say it will combine purpose-driven impact with a fresh commercial focus. 

While Invictus remains his top priority, Harry is said to be developing “exciting new ideas” that reflect his evolving public role.
