Tory Lanez’s stabber reveals true motive behind brutal attack

The inmate who allegedly stabbed Tory Lanez is speaking out about his reasons behind the horrific attack.

Earlier this month, the rapper was stabbed 7 times in the back, 4 times in the torso and 3 times in the head in a housing unit at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.

Lanez survived the brutal attack but reportedly suffered collapsed lungs and was placed on a breathing apparatus.

Authorities claim that 42-year-old Santino Casio was the stabber and TMZ recently spoke on the phone with the alleged culprit.

The attacker, who is serving a life sentence, told the outlet that Lanez wanted him dead in prison and paid other inmates to carry out the murder.

This prompted him to approach the 32-year-old, who had something in his pocket which Casio believed was a weapon, triggering the violent stabbing.

The unapologetic inmate further claimed that he was also stabbed in the leg by Lanez with the same weapon he had in his pocket.

Where is Tory Lanez now?

Tory Lanez has reportedly been transferred to California Men's Colony (CMC), which is located a short distance away from where he was stabbed.

The rapper was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2023 after being found guilty of gross negligence in the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
