On May 23, the Tell Her About It hitmaker took to his Instagram account to offer an update on his recent health crisis.
The 76-year-old singer was recently diagnosed with a rare brain disorder called Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), a disorder in which cerebrospinal fluid in excess starts accumulating in the brain's cavities, and causes pressure.
Given his health battle, the singer has decided to put all of his scheduled performances on hold.
The American musician's fans immediately rushed to the comments section of the post, flooding it with love and support.

Notably, an insider revealed to People that the disorder will affect the singer's ability to balance, vision, and hearing, due to which doctors have prescribed him to cancel his pending tours for now.
