Joe Jonas reveals 'intimidating' aftermath of Sophie Turner breakup

Joe Jonas is confessing his daunting thoughts while finding new love again, following his divorce from Game of Thrones' famed actress Sophie Turner.

The 35-year-old songwriter shared that his past heartbreak left him with “scary and intimidating” feelings while recounting the idea of writing his upcoming song, Only Love.

In the Wednesday episode of the TalkShopLive stream, the Hesitate hitmaker stated, “I was seeing somebody at the time and I was kind of having this idea of dating again. It was really scary and intimidating.”

“Love takes different shapes and forms, and I was re-discovering what that was, ”he continued.

Meanwhile, the Healing (Shattered Heart) singer's unknown beau helped him overcome his insecurities with her view, saying, “Well, it’s only love.” This positive perspective flipped his negative dilemma. Inspired by this moment, he wrote his song Only Love, which he discussed with the host in another part of the interview.

Jonas' new album Music for People Who Believe in Love will be released on May 23. The star also recently performed his new track Heart to Heart in the grand finale of the music show The Voice.

For those unversed, the Who’s in Your Head singer was formerly married to Sophie Turner, with whom he shares two adorable daughters, Willa and Delphine. The pair called off their marriage in 2023, after four years together.
