Kanye West and Bianca Censori allegedly have new plans to take legal action against an incident that took place last year.
The controversial duo, which last made headlines when Censori wore a sheer dress at the 2025 Grammy Awards, wants to sue a Beverly Hills dentist for intoxicating the Heartless rapper with nitrous oxide for ulterior motives.
The renowned dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, was served with papers claiming medical malpractice, fraud, exploitation, reckless administration of controlled and uncontrolled substances by the duo, as per a press release acquired by Page Six.
The release further alleges that Connelly reportedly planned to take over West’s inclusive brand Yeezy LLC, using a concoction of uninhibited substances.
West, who now goes by Ye, suffered “neurological and physical injury” namely “psychological and emotional trauma, chemical dependency which required treatment, financial harm and economic losses and loss of consortium,” the pair, who wed in 2022, detailed of their case.
The suit also came with the hefty price of $50,000 monthly for the laughing gas, which is commonly used in dental procedures to sedate patients in order to reduce pain and anxiety.
West’s addiction was first conveyed by his publicist Milo Yiannopoulos, in a tweet in August of 2024.
Notably, the 24-time Grammy winner released the list of songs for his upcoming album, CUCK V2, with the sixth track titled Nitrous.
West leaked the songs list on April 28, which featured many controversial tracks.
Moreover, the album was previously called WW3, later changed to CUCK and listed on the image as CUCK V2, which confused fans.
