Meghan Markle is getting candid like never before in her latest public appearance!

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, made her first-ever appearance as a guest on The Jamie Kern Lima Show podcast, getting emotional as she opened up about the pressure of constantly having to "prove" herself.

Meghan, who launched her own new podcast Confessions of a Female Founder earlier this year, spoke openly about her life in Montecito with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.

Sharing a rare personal update, Meghan told listeners that she’s "better than okay" these days and it clearly showed as she got teary reflecting on her journey.

"We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something," Meghan shared. "You have to prove you're enough, prove you're pretty enough, prove you're smart enough, prove you're a good wife, a good friend. And I was like, I'm just so done with the proving game. If you can't see it, that's your loss."

The duchess became visibly emotional during the heartfelt moment.

Meghan also took a moment to gush about her husband Prince Harry, 39, calling him "such a great partner."

"H, that man loves me so much," she said with a smile. "Look what we’ve built. We’ve built a beautiful life, we have two healthy, beautiful children. He’s always making sure we’re safe, protected, uplifted — and he still makes time for date nights."

Addressing ongoing speculation about a possible memoir, Meghan admitted she’s not ready yet.

"People are often curious if I'm going to write a memoir," she said. "But I’ve got a lot more life to live until I’m there."
