Meghan Markle honours Princess Diana with iconic ring at TIME100 Summit

Meghan Markle just turned heads not just with her outfit, but with a deeply meaningful accessory.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, made a glamorous appearance at the TIME100 Summit in New York City on Wednesday, where she was joined by husband Prince Harry. 

But while her tan Ralph Lauren suit and white blouse made a fashion statement, royal fans quickly spotted a sentimental touch that stole the spotlight: Princess Diana’s ring.

Meghan rocked a stunning piece from her late mother-in-law’s personal collection, believed to have been gifted to her by Prince Harry as a symbol of remembrance and connection. 

The move is being seen as a sweet and surprising tribute to Diana, decades after her passing.

Meghan’s elegant ring choice stood out as she took the stage at the Lincoln Center to discuss her newest venture: the Confessions of a Female Founder podcast. Speaking to TIME’s Jessica Sibley, the former Suits star opened up about motherhood, entrepreneurship, and life in California.

“To have a husband and a partner who is so supportive and kids who are healthy and happy — I never imagined at this point I would feel so happy and grateful, and I really do,” Meghan said.
