Lil Nas X says he's 'much better' after hospitalisation
The Grammy-winning artist was hospitalised for partial facial paralysis
American rapper, who earned stardom in 2018 for Old Town Road, Lil Nas X, has been hospitalised due to partial facial paralysis and is giving updates via Instagram about his recovery.
The previous week, he shared a video in which he was seen lying in a hospital bed. The genre-bleeding pop star told his concerned fans that the right side of his face has become paralysed.
However, the rapper beamed with pride when he posted a short video of himself on his Instagram story on Wednesday, April 16.
Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, seemed confident while chewing gum in his mouth which, according to him, is a part of his recovery routine.
In the video, the Grammy-winning artist pointed the right side of his face and said, “I’ve been chewing gum a lot so I can get this muscle stronger.”
The video was about him showing how he’s doing facial exercises for quick recovery. "It’s much better," the rapper expressed. “My eyes still has to play catch-up.”
But the hitmaking rapper optimistically said, “I can give a genuine smile. So, that’s good.”
The fearless singer seems positive about his recovery journey and getting back on track soon.
