Cardi B expresses frustration after daughter spoils luxury handbag
The rapper shared frustration on Instagram after her daughter drew on a Hermès Birkin bag
Cardi B was not pleased with her daughter’s little art project.
The raptress took to Instagram on Sunday to share that her daughter had defaced her luxury handbag.
In her story, an irate Cardi B revealed that her daughter drew a tiny heart at the top of the crocodile-skinned Hermès Birkin bag using a marker.
“I literally spent $60,000 on this purse,” Cardi said before repeating, “Look what my daughter did to my purse.” She ended the video with a deep sigh, probably to express her frustration.
Cardi first showcased the luxury item to her millions of Instagram followers back in October.
The mustard-yellow handbag was placed along with the dark crimson and grey-coloured ones. “My new three,” Cardi captioned that story.
The WAP singer is famous for her ever-expanding Hermès Birkin bag collection. The most expensive of the bunch is a Birkin Cargo worth over $200,000.
Some of the luxury bags were gifted to Cardi by her estranged husband, Offset, including an ultra-rare Faubourg Birkin.
Birkin bags were introduced in 1984 by French luxury brand Hermès and were named after British actress Jane Birkin.
