Chappell Roan faced a surprising wardrobe malfunction during her latest pop show in New York City.
In a clip shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), the 27-year-old singer was taken aback for a moment after noticing the monitor screen on stage.
She stopped in between the song to say, “I looked up at the screen and saw my a** and I was like it’s gone.” The crowd erupted at the awkward moment.
Netizens took to the comment section, where they pointed out how Chappell didn’t notice it. One fan wrote, “No way she didn't know that was open.” Another follower penned, “Everyone does it, how did she not notice tho?”
Notably, the Pink Pony Club hitmaker recently cancelled her Paris and Amsterdam shows due to scheduling conflicts. In August, she announced her first world tour, which will begin on September 23.
The artist is also set to perform at the Argentina and Brazil Lollapalooza, which will take place in March 2026.
As of now, Chappell Roan hasn’t released a second album yet, which she said will probably take five years to complete, like her debut album.
Chappell Roan released The Subway on July 31, 2025, along with a music video that shows the singer chasing her love interest on the subway.
