American actress Rachel Zegler became a part of the Snow White drama before the movie was even released.
Snow White hit cinemas on March 21 and received mixed reactions from fans and critics. The movie made $87.3 million on its opening weekend which is way below than its budget of $270 million.
However, the movie’s controversy has not tainted Zegler’s credibility as an actress as she continues to sign projects.
The 23-year-old’s next gig is with BBC as she is the latest star to read a CBeebies Bedtime story.
The Y2K star takes the kids on a fairytale adventure with Never Mess With a Pirate Princess by Holly Ryan.
The story follows the tale of Princess Prue, who loves her stuffed toys, discovers that her teddy bear, Little Ted, is stolen by pirates so she sets on a humourous adventure to recover it.
Zegler features alongside the Bridgerton star Charithra Chandran as they take the children on a magical journey.
At the end of the story Zegler tells the young viewers, “To be a powerful princess you just need to be wonderful, brilliant, you!”
