Elon Musk releases Grok 3 with powerful AI capabilities
Grok 3 AI chatbot is currently available for Premium Plus subscribers with X being the first one to get its access
Elon Musk's AI company, xAI, has officially released Grok 3 AI chatbot, aiming to outdo ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and other leading AI chatbots. The flagship Grok 3 AI is claimed to be the "smartest AI on Earth," featuring powerful reasoning capabilities.
During a live-streaming conference on Tuesday, Musk stated: “Grok 3 is an order of magnitude more capable than Grok 2.”
“It’s a maximally truth-seeking AI, even if that truth is sometimes at odds with what is politically correct. Grok 3 is outperforming anything that's been released, that we're aware of, so that's a good sign,” he added.
While explaining the recently launched model, the tech billionaire underscored Grok 3’s improved capabilities in contrast to Grok 2.
According to xAI researchers, Grok 3 is integrated with advanced capabilities, and it is capable of analysing images responding to questions, and more. It surpasses other AI models in terms of overall performance.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Musk shared a post, stating, "All you need to know to understand which company will win a technology competition is look at the first and second derivatives of the rate of innovation."
xAI has officially started to introduce the flagship Grok 3 AI chatbot for Premium Plus subscribers with X being the first one to get its access.
Notably, xAI is launching the latest subscription tier known as Super Grok, specially designed for users seeking cutting-edge features and early updates. The plan will be rolled out on the Grok app and Grok.com website.
