WhatsApp is reportedly gearing up to launch the latest widget feature to access the Meta AI chatbot in the upcoming update of the app.
According to WABetaInfo, the upcoming widget feature is currently under development to offer users a quick and improved way to initiate conversations with Meta AI directly from their Home Screen.
It reduces the need to browse for the chat manually in the app. This action will open a conversation with MetaAI, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Furthermore, this widget feature will include three buttons, each acting as a shortcut to a primary feature of the chatbot.
The first shortcut lets users ask a question to Meta AI promptly, improving interactions with the chatbot, simplifying and making it faster to receive responses from Meta AI.
On the other hand, another shortcut allows users to share a photo directly with Meta AI.
Moreover, the last shortcut is for the voice chat mode, enabling users to launch the chat with Meta AI and engage with the chatbot using their voice instead of typing.
