Christine Quinn, Christian Richard headed to splitsville: Divorce filed

Christine Quinn’s husband Christian Richard has filed for divorce, after spending four years together as a married couple.

According to legal court documents obtained by ET, Richard filed the divorce papers on Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Richard cited "irreconcilable differences." after his recent arrest for alleged domestic violence at his marital residence with Quinn.

In his divorce petition, Richard requests for sole legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Christian.

Richard also requested to dismiss Quinn's ability to pursue spousal support and also does not request financial support from her.

Furthermore, he has requested assistance from the court to facilitate the division of assets and property between him and the Selling Sunset star.

All of these legal proceedings took place after Richard was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon last week.

According to the allegations, Richard reportedly threw a recyclable glass bottle at Quinn which hit their son instead.

However, Richard dismissed the allegation as 'lies' and maintained that he threw a trash bag containing paper towels and soiled rags at the wall.

Quinn and Richard got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019. They were married that same year on December,15, 2019, at a cathedral in downtown Los Angeles.
