Derek Hough's wife, Hayley Erbert, gave a nod that she is doing well following her brain surgery.
According to People, the couple was seen out for the first time since Erbert, 29, underwent emergency surgery for a cranial hematoma in December 2023, followed by a second procedure a few weeks later.
The two kept it casual as they stepped out together in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The camera lens captured the ballroom dancer's wife sporting a cream sweater over a black top paired with high-waist jeans and high-platform black shoes.
She accessorised her look with a baseball cap and was seen carrying a black bag.
Meanwhile, the Dancing with the Stars pro dancer stepped out in a black zipped-up jacket coupled with matching trousers and shoes.
Previously, Hough supported his wife and updated the well-wishers throughout Erbert’s health crisis.
After her initial successful surgery in early December, Hough updated his followers on Instagram that his wife would undergo another procedure on her skull.
On December 22, the six-time winner of the Dancing with the Stars competition posted on Instagram that Erbert’s "cranioplasty surgery has been successfully completed as planned."
He went on to express his gratitude for the medical staff, "My sincere appreciation goes to the exceptional medical team. Their expertise and steady hands were pivotal in this journey."
"We are profoundly touched by the outpouring of support and prayers from each of you," he said in a lengthy caption, thanking his followers.
Later, in the couple’s debut social media post since her brain surgeries, the 38-year-old dancer's sister Julianne Hough dubbed Erbert as "You are our Christmas miracle."
