Selena Gomez breaks silence on Taylor Swift, Keleigh Teller gossip moment

Selena Gomez cleared the air regarding her viral gossip moment from the Golden Globes 2024, which claimed that she was tittle-tattling about Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner with Taylor Swift and Keleigh Teller.

The Calm Down hitmaker busted the speculations on Tuesday and revealed what she was sharing with her gal pals via a comment under E! News Instagram post.

"Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up," the 31-year-old songstress exclaimed and added, "Not that that’s [anyone's] business."

For the unversed, Gomez made headlines after a clip went viral over social media in which she was seen indulging in gossip with the Blanckspace hitmaker and Miles Teller’s wife, looking very amused in the conversation. 

Later, lip reader expert Jeremy Freeman agreed with fans debunking their chit-chat session by claiming that the Icecream vocalist was spilling tea to her friends that Chalamet had refused to take pictures with her.

Page Six reported the lip reader expert claimed that Gomez went up to Swift, 34, and Sperry and said, "He didn’t want a picture with me. He said no."

Sperry, 31, inquired "Timothée?" to which the People You Know maker nodded.

A source, earlier, told PEOPLE that the Only Murders in the Building "was not referencing anything about Timothée or Kylie."

The insider further stated that the Who Says crooner "never even said or spoke to the couple," after the rumors stirred on social media that she went to the Wonka star to ask for a photo but was brushed off by his girlfriend, Jenner, 26.
