Inside George Clooney, wife Amal's parenting arrangement amid busy schedule

George Clooney and his wife Amal have cracked the code to healthy parenting: teamwork.

The couple have strategized their tactics to raise their twins Ella and Alexander, 6, and have formed a “real partnership,” a source told Us Weekly.

George and Amal recently attended the 80th iteration of the Venice Film Festival in Italy, where they reside in their place at Lake Como.

According to the insider, the twosome has distributed chores among them to keep the kids’ routine from being disturbed by their busy schedules.

“[They] take turns with taking the kids to activities,” they shared, adding they also switch off “preparing the kids’ breakfast and lunches.”

“They take boat rides, do water spots, have a small group of friends in the area their age they have playdates with,” the insider continued, touching on the working parents’ relationship with the twins.

“They also love painting and will have easels and supplies set up overlooking the water.”

George and Amal tied the knot in 2014 and welcomed Ella and Alexander in 2017.

While coping with the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2021, the Ticket to Paradise actor dished on the pair’s struggles to balance work and family life.

“We’re working a lot, both of us,” he shared in an episode of WTF with Marc Maron podcast.

“It doesn’t mean we don’t do a job … but we also have to make sure we’re spending less time behind a computer or going on locations so that we can [be with our kids],” he explained.
