Jessica Alba has shared an emotional tribute to daughter Honor after watching the teenager graduate from high school.
The 45-year-old actress admitted that her “heart aches with pride” as she prepares to leave home for her next big adventure.
The Hollywood star melted fans’ hearts when she posted a collection of family snaps from the graduation ceremony on Instagram.
The post included a sweet picture of her kissing Honor on the cheek as the smiling graduate celebrated the milestone.
In a heartfelt message, Jessica reflected on how quickly the years have passed, revealing she still remembers the little girl who always wanted “one more bedtime song” and endless cuddles.
The proud mum praised her daughter for staying true to herself, saying she has never followed the crowd or allowed others to define who she should be.
The Fantastic Four actress also celebrated her kindness, curiosity and courage, describing watching her grow into a young woman as one of the greatest privileges of her life.
She admitted that simply saying she was proud didn’t come close to expressing how she really felt.
The Honey star ended her touching tribute by reflecting on how precious time is, calling motherhood one of the greatest gifts she has ever received and telling Honor she would love her “forever and always”.
Honor’s father, Cash Warren, was equally emotional as he marked the occasion on social media.
He praised his eldest child’s work ethic and determination, telling her she had earned every success through dedication and effort.
Cash also said Honor was more than ready for the next chapter, describing her as “one of one” and someone uniquely equipped to take on whatever comes next.
