Lisa Kudrow recalls she was mistaken for THIS celebrity amid ‘Friends’ fame

Lisa Kudrow recently made shocking revelation during the height of Friends popularity.

The actress recalled the hilarious fan encounter when asked during The Hollywood Reporter's Comedy Actress Roundtable.

Lisa, who was joined by Ashley Padilla, Hannah Einbinder, Keke Palmer, Quinta Brunson and Rachel Sennott, opened up that she was mistaken for Dionne Warwick.

Sharing the bizarre story, the actress mentioned that she “walked into Jerry's Deli in Los Angeles and was seated by a hostess with an Eastern European accent” at the time of her hit show fame.

Lisa pointed out that the woman seemed to recognise her, and the actress thought inside, “She's seen 'Friends.' That's cute.”

However, when the hostess came in closer and said, “I know who you are.”

To this, Lisa replied, “Yeah,” and the woman instantly added, “You are Dionne Warwick.”

The actress’ honest confession had left her panelists surprised and then years later, the actress questioned during the roundtable conversation, “How do you think I'm Dionne?

“She's a legend. She's a legendary singer,” remarked Lisa.

Meanwhile, everyone agreed with the actress.
