Paul Rudd is setting the record straight on long standing speculation about his youthful looks in his latest appearance.
Speaking candidly during a new episode of the Therapuss podcast, the 57-year-old actor responded firmly when asked about the rumours, saying,
"No. Look at my face,' while playfully making exaggerated expressions to show his face is not frozen or enhanced by injectables. He also dismissed the idea that he does not age, adding, 'I do [age],"
He added, "You're kind for saying that, but I really do."
The actor’s youthful look has been a running joke among former co-stars, with Jennifer Aniston and Chris Evans among those teasing him, including Evans’ remark during a 2020 Variety interview, “Why don’t you age? Are you drinking baby blood?”
However, Rudd has repeatedly explained that his appearance comes down to lifestyle rather than aesthetics treatments, with sunscreen, fitness, and sleep forming the foundation of his routine.
