Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have reportedly been "butting heads" over having their own reality TV show amid speculation of their marriage hitting a new low.
According to sources, the couple has reportedly been at odds over wanting to have a new reality TV show so much so that they considered couple's counseling.
With other A-list celebrities like the Kardashian family or the TikTok famous D’Amelio’s having their own successful reality TV shows, Stefani reportedly wants to "dive headfirst" with her own show but her country-singer husband has no plans to go forward with an entertainment show featuring their lives up close.
As a result, Stefani was said to be "furious" over the fact that Shelton "won’t get on board with this idea."
The source elaborated that the singer wanted to connect with her fans through the new reality TV project but Shelton has been feeling "suffocated" over his wife’s consistent habit to be in front of a camera.
The source added, "She’s always going on live and interacting with them, it’s intense. Blake finds it suffocating and they bicker all the time about how she’s always online, but she seems to have no interest in dialing it back. She genuinely loves connecting with her fans."
The show, as per sources, has resulted in the two "bickering" to the extent that they have reached the point of looking into couples counselling.
Shelton "has been dead set against" it, while "Gwen is NOT letting this go."
This development comes after it emerged that Shelton wanted to live a more private life while Stefani sought to amp up her work after the pair both left their stints as coaches in The Voice.
