Tori Kelly's recent health scare sent shockwaves through the music world as the 30-year-old singer collapsed and was rushed to the ICU with life-threatening blood clots in her lungs and legs.

Just three days after the terrifying ordeal, Tori reached out to her fans on Instagram to update them on her condition.

In a heartfelt handwritten note, the songstress expressed her gratitude for the outpouring of prayers and support from her fans. She revealed that she was feeling stronger but also acknowledged that doctors were still investigating some aspects of her medical condition.

"It's been a scary few days, but I can feel your prayers and can't stop thinking about you," Tori penned, touched by the love and well-wishes she has received.

The California native shared her heartbreak over having to postpone some of her work endeavours due to her health situation.

However, she emphasized that her health must come first. Despite the setback, Tori remained determined to share her new EP, titled "Tori," as planned, which was set to be released just days after the emergency.

"I won't let this hurdle prevent the music from being yours on Friday," she reassured her fans.
