Perrie Edwards’ bombshell confession about Zayn Malik shocks fans

Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards were once one of the most photographed couples in the pop world.

The One Direction alum and the Little Mix star dated for years before getting engaged in 2013.

However, Zayn’s One Direction departure was followed by break up from his then-fiancée in 2015.

The two had millions of fans across the world who shipped the two and their split garnered a lot of attention.

After 10 years of their split, Perrie has opened up about Zayn in a bombshell interview.

In conversation on the We Need To Talk podcast, the singer revealed that Zayn reached out to her long after they had ended their relationship.

“I remember there was one point my ex reached out and I didn’t know how to handle the situation”, the singer confessed.

The singer admitted that she felt “uncomfortable” about him reaching out and recalls “sweating” when he contacted her again.

Perrie also added that she was “terrified” to tell her fiancé, footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, with whom she also shared her only son Axel.

Zayn reached out to Perrie at the point when she had been with Alex for almost 2 years.

Fans have speculated that Zayn’s contact to Perrie happened around the first time he broke up with his then-partner, Gigi Hadid.
