Exclusive footage sheds light on a troubling incident involving mixed martial arts superstar Conor McGregor obtained by TMZ.

The video captures McGregor leading his rape accuser by the hand into a bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Miami, shortly after midnight on June 10.

The incident occurred just after the NBA Finals Game 4, where the Nuggets triumphed over the Heat on June 9.

In the gripping footage, McGregor, donning a black tee, is seen exiting a restroom area before engaging in a conversation with a woman wearing a white shirt.

Their exchange appears intense, with words exchanged in an animated manner. Shockingly, he takes hold of the woman's hand and guides her towards the bathroom, making way for an alarming turn of events.

Within seconds, the restroom door closes, leaving only McGregor and the alleged victim inside.

Earlier this week, the accuser's lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, sent a demand letter asserting that NBA and Miami Heat security personnel "physically forced" the victim into the restroom, where McGregor allegedly proceeded to commit the rape.

Mitchell further alleged that security prevented the victim from leaving or allowing her friend to enter the bathroom.

However, upon reviewing the video footage, it does not explicitly show anyone forcibly compelling the accuser into the restroom with McGregor.

Instead, the video depicts McGregor leading her by the hand, while three individuals who appear to be security guards position themselves in front of the restroom door, seemingly obstructing entry or exit.

According to Mitchell, the accuser and the UFC star had been revelling together at a nightclub within the NBA arena mere moments before the video was captured.

Mitchell disclosed that her client even took a selfie video with McGregor during their celebration at the nightclub.

Shortly after he left, a man wearing a Denver Nuggets jersey approached the accuser, informing her that "Conor told me to come get you."

"My client believed they were leaving and going to the Four Seasons Hotel, as Conor had previously invited her to join him in his hotel room," Mitchell stated in a released statement.

However, the man in the Nuggets jersey halted their departure, positioning himself near the bathroom door, while McGregor grabbed hold of the accuser, as captured in the video.

The lawyer's account unveils a concerning sequence of events, indicating that the accuser had been under the impression that she and McGregor were exiting the premises.

Instead, McGregor allegedly led her into the restroom, deviating from her expectations and raising further questions about the intentions behind their encounter.
