Bella Hadid celebrates trip to Las Vegas and being sober for 5-months

Bella Hadid has a reason to rejoice.

In celebration of reaching the fifth month of her sobriety journey, the 26-year-old model happily celebrated a new milestone over the weekend by traveling to Las Vegas without consuming any alcohol.

In a video posted to TikTok on Sunday, Hadid proudly stated, "5 months alcohol free," as she grinned with a friend as they enjoyed time inside a casino.

On an Instagram Story, Hadid showed off a close-up of her nighttime attire as she posed next to a slot machine wearing black Adidas tracksuit bottoms and a backless, low-cut halter top.

She appeared in another weekend glimpse wearing a vivid red dress and praised her styling crew for making her "feel so beautiful" in the caption. In another Tiktok video, she posted on her profile, she and her friends posed inside an elevator while a remix of Mariah Carey's "It's a Wrap" played in the background. By posting pictures from inside an aircraft with a vibrant bouquet of flowers and cans of her non-alcoholic drink Kin Euphorics, the model also revealed how she travels.

In September 2021, Hadid joined Kin as a co-founder and partner after discovering that it relieved her anxiety, Lyme disease's brain fog, and burnout from nonstop work and travel. The brand of botanical-infused, alcohol-free seltzer makes the claim that it fosters creativity and attention.

"I don't feel the need [to drink alcohol] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school," said Hadid in an interview with InStyle. "There's just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn't really do much, you know?"

During the interview, Hadid got candid about her relationship with alcohol by sharing, "I have done my fair share of drinking. I loved alcohol, and it got to the point where even I started to, you know, cancel nights out that I felt like I wouldn't be able to control myself."
