Gigi Hadid admits to have come from 'privilege': 'Í'm a nepotism baby'

Gigi Hadid is not shying away from her label.

The internet’s persistence to deem a celebrity “nepo baby” because of their famous parents has fallen short in front of the supermodel as she openly admitted to having come from a background of “privilege.”

"Technically, I'm a nepotism baby," she acknowledged. "My parents came from very little, (but) I've always acknowledged that I come from privilege."

Hadid sisters – Gigi and Bella – are daughters of Yolanda, a famous model of her time, and real estate Mohamed Hadid.

However, the Guest in Residence mogul stressed that she never took her job for granted.

"My parents told me, 'Just because you have parents who were successful doesn't mean you shouldn't walk into the job being as nice and as hard-working as you can be," she revealed, quoting Female First UK.

Since her tumultuous breakup with Zayn Malik, the supermodel was linked with Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio.

Despite being linked since September, the pair hadn’t addressed the rumored romance directly.

In the interview, she expressed: "I don't know how anyone expects anybody they see in the public eye to have any sort of normal dating experience if you tie people (to one another) so quickly."
