Paulina Porizkova shares NO MAKEUP selfie to start 2023

Paulina Porizkova doesn’t need a filter or makeup to look gorgeous or powerful.

The 57-year-old model wrote a lengthy statement about her intentions for the next year, including embracing change and shared a selfie of herself without makeup on Instagram on Sunday.

"First morning of 2023, unretouched, unfiltered, and with a slight hangover from a wonderful night with my closest friends and son," Porizkova captioned the post.

Porizkova then mentioned how 2022 was a year of embracing the "new and the old," and how she published a book on it. She then stated that she now wants to change things up moving forward in 2023.

"In 2023, my hopes are to be able to let go of the past," she said. "To quit trying to live in it for comfort - even though it hurts and will keep hurting as long as I sit there."

Porizkova stated that she wants to travel and experience new things that she has never done before in order to overcome her "fear of the unknown."

"Here is to a new year and the unknown. Here's to embracing change," Porizkova said, ending with, "Getting wiser, getting older, getting bolder."

Porizkova, who started modeling at the age of 13, has advocated for the modernization of the modeling business and beauty standards.
