Nebraska-based YouTube Amber Rapp has dished on her tremendous transformation after getting her buccal fat removed via surgery.

The 28-year-old influencer documented her experience in a YouTube video, revealing that she had always felt “insecure” about her large cheeks.

"It's very subtle and I really have no complaints," Rapp told Insider. "There's zero regrets."

According to Rapp, the hour-long surgery was easy, painless, and straightforward, and she stayed awake for the procedure.

Rapp explained that she experienced swelling for over two months after the surgery, and ultimately the results were evident.

She has no scarring and almost two years removed from the surgery, Rapp said she feels very happy with the results.
