Orders at McDonald's AI drive thru an 'epic fail': Look

Content creator Dal shared his experience using McDonalds artificial intelligence powered machine for orders and both times the system hilariously messed it up.

A leaked TikTok video with over 289,000 views showcased the order for 2 ice-cream cones. Unfortunately the AI added an extra topping to his cone which he had not requested for and this enraged him.

"You added bacon to my icecream. I dont want bacon," he said.

Later the system them adjusted it to three ice creams when the customer only wanted two. 

After a prolonged interaction with intelligence an employee had to jump in to take the orders correctly.

Dals second attempt didn't get any better as the technology kept getting his drink wrong and once again the employee had to come to the rescue.

While we might assume there was fault with the tech many criticized the TikToker's ordering procedure for not being clear enough.
