Shania Twain is giving west America vibes.

The freedom to expose a little skin is the nicest part of being a woman.

"Waking Up Dreaming," Shania Twain's first new song in five years, was released on Friday. For the single's cover art, she assumed a seductive position.

For the photo shoot, the 57-year-old country-pop icon stood topless while donning only a cowboy hat and a pair of eye-catching pointy-toe boots.

“I styled that photograph myself. It was all about taking off the bra, taking off the shirt, tying the shirt around my waist,” Twain told The Sun.

“This is a statement of being comfortable in my own skin and just being really myself.”

The "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" singer also addressed the criticism older female musicians frequently face for exposing skin.

“You have to be strong. I never really get angry with criticism. You can’t please everybody, that’s normal,” she said.

Following Twain's surprise appearance with Harry Styles at Coachella in April, the new song was released.
