Harry Styles officially confirms the meaning behind his song ‘Watermelon Sugar’

Music sensation Harry Styles has finally confirmed the meaning behind his hit song Watermelon Sugar. The popular singer during his recent Love On Tour concert, revealed what the song is actually about as he confirmed its NSFW meaning.

The 27-year-old singer spoke about what Watermelon Sugar truly stands for during his recent performance on Friday.

While having mid-concert conversations with his fans, he is spotted clarifying the song's meaning in a viral video clip shared by a fan on social media.

The Night Changes singer began saying, "This song is about…It doesn’t really matter what it’s about." Then he went on to add, "It’s about, uh…the sweetness…of life."

After crooning a line or two, Styles interrupts again and says, "It’s also about the female orgasm, but that’s totally different….It’s not really relevant" as seen in the video.

Styles' Watermelon Sugar became a major success after its release in 2019. The hit track bagged the singer his first-ever Grammy Award for Best Pop Solo Performance for the song.

The Story of my Life singer has been on his US tour currently after it was delayed amid the pandemic last year. During his concerts, Styles helped a pregnant fan reveal the sex of her baby in front of the crowd earlier this week. The singer was also seen doling out dating advice to a fan recently.
