Christopher Nolan faced severed scrutiny after the cast of The Odyssey was revealed, featuring stars from various backgrounds.
While the online community continue to question the choice of the actors, the film had one of the biggest openings in the history of cinema.
During his appearance at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the rapper recalled the time when he was asked to be on the project.
Christopher called the FE!N crooner and enquired if the musician is willing to be acting. Travis admitted he did not know that he is directing the project himself.
The award-winning filmmaker shared the details about “working on this movie,” expressing his desire to cast the Grammy nominee, explaining: “I want you to be in it.”
The singer could not wrap his head around the offer as he stopped the director and gushed, “You know I make music?”
Travis, despite being nervous, agreed with the offer, stating: “Whatever you down, I down” for it.
He did not expect to be sharing screens with Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland and “bunch of amazing people.”
