Gwen Stefani's latest post sparks Taylor Swift wedding guest rumours

Gwen Stefani has sent fans into detective mode after sharing a glimpse of her lavish fifth wedding anniversary celebration with husband Blake Shelton, with many convinced the romantic occasion doubled as a trip to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's star-studded wedding.

The 56-year-old singer treated followers to an Instagram Reel on Monday, showing off her glamorous look before heading out for a special date night with the 50-year-old country music star.

"5 year wedding anniversary date night with my forever @blakeshelton gx," she wrote alongside the clip, which was soundtracked by her 2004 hit Luxurious.

The loved-up pair, who first met while working on The Voice in 2014 before marrying in 2021, kept the details of their evening under wraps. 

The Hollaback Girl hitmaker even laughed in the video that Blake "will not let me take any pictures of him" as she admired her elegant Yara Shoemaker dress.

The clip ended with the couple driving home after dark, with God’s Country star happily singing Montell Jordan's This Is How We Do It to the camera.

However, it wasn't the romance that stole the spotlight. 

Fans quickly spotted clues suggesting the pair had been in New York, including a garment bag labelled "Blake NYC", fuelling speculation they attended Taylor and Travis' lavish wedding at Madison Square Garden.

"Looks like y'all went to a certain wedding," one fan teased, while another wrote: "Because the wedding fell on their anniversary. What a fun date that would have been!"

The theory has only gathered momentum because the Oplaite singer and the NFL star's ceremony reportedly enforced a strict no-phones policy, meaning guests have shared very little from the celebration.
