Megan Fox silences online critic with witty response to harsh comment

Megan Fox has proved she is more than capable of dealing with online critics after delivering a razor-sharp response to a troll who mocked her latest Instagram post.

The 40-year-old actress left little to the imagination as she posed in a daring black mesh bandeau top, lace underwear and a sheer veil for a striking photoshoot shared with her 24 million followers. 

Standing in front of a glowing orange backdrop with what appeared to be a halo above her head, Megan completed the dramatic look with a series of artistic poses, including one where she knelt in prayer beside a chair.

Alongside the snaps, she wrote: "Men would have them believe disobedience was Eve's vice, when it was her greatest virtue."

While thousands of fans praised the bold images, one critic branded the post "unbelievably embarrassing" for "a 40-year-old mum", comparing it to "16-year-old Tumblr" content.

But Jennifer's Body actress wasted no time firing back with a cheeky reply that quickly stole the spotlight. 

"Which one of my exes is this?" she joked, complete with a suspicious face emoji, leaving fans delighted by her witty comeback.

Supporters quickly rallied behind her, with one insisting, "Fun fact, you can still be hot at any age," while another pointed out, "You're acting like she's 80!"

The Transformers actress, who shares three children with former husband Brian Austin Green and daughter Saga Blade with ex-fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, has never shied away from expressing herself online.

Her latest exchange comes just months after she returned to Instagram in April following a lengthy break, posting another series of sultry photographs captioned, "Everything is more beautiful because we are doomed."

The comeback followed a dramatic social media reset after she wiped her account clean around her 38th birthday.
