Vanessa Feltz has officially said goodbye to daytime television after presenting the final episode of her Channel 5 programme, Vanessa, following the broadcaster’s decision to cancel the show after one season.

The 64-year-old presenter became emotional as she thanked viewers during the final broadcast, describing the experience as “a joy” and expressing gratitude to her production team and audience for their support throughout the run.

Feltz also revealed that she is already planning her next chapter, telling viewers she intends to “reinvent” herself and explore opportunities on YouTube and other digital platforms.

According to Daily Mail, the cancellation of Vanessa was confirmed earlier this year as part of changes to Channel 5’s daytime schedule.

Moreover, the programme launched in 2025 and featured celebrity interviews, lifestyle segments and audience discussions.

Despite the end of the television show, Feltz is expected to continue her successful radio career.

She currently presents a weekday breakfast programme on LBC and remains a regular commentator across British media.

Reports suggesting that friends are concerned about how she is coping with the cancellation have circulated in recent days, but Feltz has publicly focused on future projects and new opportunities rather than the show’s ending.

The presenter, who has worked in broadcasting for more than three decades, rose to prominence through programmes including The Vanessa Show, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side and numerous BBC radio and television appearances.
