Taylor Swift may be planning a career in moviemaking amid her upcoming wedding to Travis Kelce.
The American singer previously announced that she would be writing and directing her first movie back in 2022, in collaboration with Searchlight Pictures.
However, over the last four years, Taylor has been working on the script, mentioning that it will have elements of drama and comedy as well.
Earlier, a source close to the singer told Radar Online that the singer is also planning to create a Romeo & Juliet-style movie, inspired by her relationship with Travis.
Now, the American actress Greta Lee, who also worked with Taylor in the Opalite music video, hinted that she sees a future for the songstress in moviemaking, in addition to directing music videos.
“I get the sense that this is just the warm-up,” said the Past Lives actress, referring to the Opalite video in an exclusive interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK’s July/August issue.
Meanwhile, Greta recently reflected on her working experience with Taylor in the Opalite music video.
“We had a blast and hung out after the taping with her parents and brother,” recalled the 43-year-old.
Greta stated that she and Taylor were “texting back and forth afterwards, then she left me an audio message asking if I would be interested in the video”.
“I was like, ‘What? Yeah! And then it all came together,” added the Toy Story 5 star.
