Inside Jelly Roll split fallout as daughter speaks out against rumours

Jelly Roll is facing fresh attention around his personal life after his daughter Bailee hit out at online speculation after news of his split from wife Bunnie Xo.

The 41-year-old singer shocked fans on Monday, when it emerged he had filed for divorce on May 18, ending a decade-long marriage. 

But while headlines continue to swirl, his 18-year-old daughter from a previous relationship has made it clear she wants no part in the chatter.

Taking to TikTok, Bailee did not hold back as she urged people to back off and respect the family’s privacy.

“I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter,” she wrote. 

“It’s fkn [sic] crazy. Go on somewhere yall. Worry ‘bout your house - not mine. I’m not speaking on it - yet.”

The teenager, who is shared between Jelly and ex Felicia Beckwith, also receives primary care arrangements involving Bunnie, who has been a major figure in her life.

Court documents show the divorce was filed citing “irreconcilable differences”, with the couple’s separation dated May 9, just days after they had been sharing family moments online, including Bailee’s prom celebrations.

At the time, she had even referred to herself and Jelly as “Maw + Paw of the Prom Queen” in a social media post, while the pair had recently spoken publicly about the ups and downs of their marriage.

Despite the shock split, the former couple have previously spoken openly about love, forgiveness and second chances in their relationship, which began in 2016 when they married on the same night they got engaged.
