Ariana Grande shares emotional birthday message for 'love of her life'

Ariana Grande has been showering her beloved pet Toulouse with love as the famous pooch marked his 13th birthday and the pop superstar clearly could not be more smitten.

The 32-year-old singer took to Instagram Stories to share a heartfelt birthday tribute to her much-loved Beagle-Chihuahua mix, calling him her “absolutely perfect son” and the “love of my life”. 

In typically emotional Ariana style, she gushed that she loved him “every second of every day forever”, alongside a string of affectionate snaps.

One sweet photo showed Toulouse wandering outdoors while locking eyes with the camera, while another captured him happily digging in the dirt, which Ariana simply captioned: “Perfect creature.” 

The Wicked actress also shared a collection of behind-the-scenes moments from her time on tour, including one tender image of her resting her head on Toulouse while they sat together on stage.

Fans were treated to further glimpses of the pampered pup lounging on an air mattress backstage, as well as a video of him casually strolling across a stage like he owned it. 

In one particularly soft moment, Ariana was seen kneeling down to his level, gazing at him affectionately.

Toulouse has long been part of the Side to Side singer’s spotlight life, appearing in her music video for Thank U, Next and also joining her on film sets, and even sharing a Vogue cover back in 2019. 

That same year, she famously got his name tattooed on her hand.

The birthday celebration comes as Ariana continues her busy Eternal Sunshine tour and prepares for the release of her new album Petal next month.
