Victoria Beckham’s heartfelt reaction to husband David’s big career milestone

Victoria Beckham is one proud wife today as her husband David has achieved big milestone in his career.

The former football star has finally been honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame in the sports entertainment category, according to the organisers.

During the event, Victoria and actor Tom Cruise were present as speakers who spoke about David’s legacy before he received the star on June 12.

Just hours after the retired soccer being honoured with a star, the fashion designer and wife takes to Instagram on Friday night and posts a loved-up picture of herself with her husband from the ceremony.

“When David first came to America, he had a dream. To share his passion for football and make it one of the USA’s great sports,” writes the 52-year-old in the caption.

Victoria also expresses her elation as she speaks highly about her husband’s accolade.

“Today, his name joins the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A testament not only to what he has achieved, but to the person he is,” gushes Spice Girls member.

In the end, Victoria congratulates her husband, adding, “I couldn’t be prouder of you. We all love you very much!!”

David also responds under his wife’s post, saying, “Love you @victoriabeckham.”

Earlier at the event, the former football star shared his true feelings after receiving a star.

In his speech, David said that he’s “always been a dreamer,” but he never imagined for this honour and that too to a working-class English soccer player like him.

The famed athlete was supported by his wife and sons Romeo and Cruz as well as a daughter Harper.

David’s eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, did not attend the ceremony amid the family's ongoing rift.
