Supermodel Gisele Bündchen has opened up about finding peace, balance and confidence after more than three decades in the spotlight.

The 45-year-old fashion icon, who has been one of the world's highest-paid models since the early 2000s, says she now feels “lucky” to be in a position where she can carefully choose the projects she takes on.

Speaking to W Magazine during her latest cover shoot, Gisele reflected on how her outlook on life and work has changed over the years.

While she once worried about whether she was doing enough or making the right decisions, she now trusts herself more than ever.

“I feel lucky because I can pick and choose what I do,” she said, adding that she only works with people she genuinely enjoys being around.

The Brazilian beauty explained that years of experience have taught her that confidence and self-acceptance are key ingredients behind every successful image.

According to her, feeling comfortable in your own skin allows everything to flow naturally.

The star, who was married to NFL legend Tom Brady from 2009 until their split in 2022, also revealed how spirituality helped her cope with the pressures of fame and success.

Looking back, she admitted her younger self was focused on achievement and saying yes to every opportunity.

However, her spiritual journey encouraged her to seek balance and focus on how she felt internally rather than chasing external expectations.

The model has also shared an optimistic outlook for the future.

In a heartfelt New Year message, the catwalk queen wished her followers “love, health, peace and new adventures”, saying she hopes 2026 will be a joyful and meaningful year filled with gratitude, courage and self-love.
