Taylor Swift, Scooter Braun attend same NBA finals game at MSG

Taylor Swift’s appearance at Madison Square Garden during the NBA Finals gained attention as Scooter Braun was spotted inside the arena.

On June 10, the Lover singer attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals, sitting courtside for the Knicks-Spurs match with Este and Alana Haim, all dressed in matching Knicks colors.

Meanwhile, the eagle eyed fans noticed that the talent manager was also in attendance at the arena with his girlfriend Sydney Sweeney, seated five rows behind the pop icon.

However, the game marked one of the closest public appearances between Swift and Braun since their widely reported dispute over her music catalogue.

Their fallout began in 2019 after Braun acquired the rights to Swift’s early masters, a move that led to a long running public disagreement.

Swift later re-recorded her albums and eventually regained ownership of her original masters, later reflecting on the moment in a 2025 post,

“I'm trying to gather my thoughts into something coherent, but right now my mind is just a slideshow,” and added, “All of the music I've ever made… now belongs… to me.”

On the other hand, Braun has previously said, “I don't know Taylor Swift. I think I've met her in my life three times.”
