Reese Witherspoon is reportedly in no rush to make things official with her boyfriend Oliver Haarmann, despite the pair enjoying a happy and steady romance behind the scenes.
The 50-year-old Oscar-winning actress has been dating the German private equity financier since 2024.
While things are said to be going well, insiders claim marriage is not on her agenda anytime soon.
Reese, who has previously been married to actor Ryan Phillippe and talent agent Jim Toth, is apparently taking a much more relaxed approach to love this time around.
According to a source, she is focused less on labels and more on emotional fulfilment and stability in her relationship.
“Reese is very happy with Oliver, but she’s not interested in rushing into another marriage,” an insider shared.
“The younger version of Reese would likely have felt differently, but at this stage of her life, her priority is feeling content and fulfilled in the relationship. She doesn’t need a piece of paper.”
The couple are said to be enjoying a low-pressure dynamic that works around their busy schedules, rather than trying to fit into a traditional mould of constant togetherness.
Earlier this year, another source described their romance as “unconventional.”
They explained that the pair are not “joined at the hip” like many celebrity couples, but instead prefer a more independent setup that suits their demanding careers and personal lives.
Still, those close to them insist the relationship is strong, with Legally Blonde actress reportedly very happy and settled.
