Kai Trump, who is the eldest granddaughter of the US President, recently filed a petition against a man.
The American media personality pleaded that she was being stalked by a man and requested a restraining order to protect herself.
According to TMZ, the information obtained by the outlet read that the petition was filed against a 26-year-old man, Gabriel Garza Jr, in Palm Beach County Court.
Notably, the judge from the court granted the 19-year-old a temporary restraining order in April, which will be active till the month of May.
The order restricts the respondent from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.
It is to be noted that Gabriel is also not allowed to go within 500 feet of Kai, no matter wherever she is, including her current job and home.
The daughter of Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump also described the strange man as "homeless" and revealed he "lives in a car in area of Jupiter/Palm Beach County."
For the unversed, the hearing took place on May 14th after Kai requested a postponement as she had the last day of school on the initialy decided date, April 30, saying, "My last day of high school. I can’t leave until 3:00 pm. Please reschedule for the following Thursday."
