Victoria Beckham ready for next career move after 20 years?

Victoria Beckham all set to make a major career move after being a fashion designer for last 20 years.

The Spice Girls star recently speaks to Financial Times where she was asked about selling her fashion business, which is worth a whopping £100 million.

“I would never say never and I like to look at opportunities,” says the 52-year-old.

However, Victoria mentions that at the moment she’s “looking at growth but would never say never”.

Reflecting on her fashion business, David Beckham’s wife expresses excitement, saying her store in London proves that there is “an appetite” so “we are about to open in New York and Miami”.

“For me until I open the store in NY and Miami, I have been reliant on online but I want to be able to control the experience from the client walking in the store,” explains the designer.

Victoria says that her next step in the business is “retail expansion” and then she will see where to go.

“I'm building a legacy brand there are categories I haven't entered yet so we see a big opportunity and we spent a long time fixing and now it's time for growth. I want to build the house,” points out the businesswoman.

As far as fashion industry is concerned, Victoria says that she’s “proud” to be taken seriously by other designers over the years.

“I feel accomplished, it's been a roller coaster over the last 25 years and I was transparent in my Netflix documentary but to be able to say that fashion and beauty is profitable that is something I am very very proud of,” adds the fashion designer.
