Pedro Pascal, who has been busy with his new Star Wars movie, The Mandalorian and Grogu, recently received backlash for getting together with Disney to surprise fans.
The latest move from Disney has enraged fans after they "faked" a surprise meeting of the star.
Although in the defense of the media company, they never said that it was an improptu moment, as the caption written by them read, "Pedro Pascal creates the surprise of a lifetime at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at @disneyland."
As per fans opinion, they were also upset at the fact the couple of strangers who were invited by Disney were also influencers.
Notably, a source from The Hollywood Reporter claimed that the group included legitimate Star Wars fans, as few of them had a "modest" social media following.
They also revealed that the guests were specially invited by the company "to the park under the guise of getting to check out new content additions to Smugglers Run."
It is to be noted that nothing has been addressed by the star of the movie or the corporate as of yet.
For the unversed, the movie starring Pedro and Baby Yoda is set to launch on May 22, 2026, and is directed by Jon Favreau.
