Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s marriage has been the talk of town ever since the two confirmed their plans to start this new chapter.
The 36-year-old singer and the NFL player are active earners which means the couple are expected to have a prenup before walking down the aisle.
According to TMZ, the most important aspect about the agreement would be the location as “picking a state where the prenup is drafted will” be extremely important.
As the laws are different for every state, the location where it is penned down would be of great importance.
It was reported by the outlet that it “won’t be drafted in California” which means they have Rhode Island, Missouri, Kansas, Tennsessee and New York left as options for the location.
The two have estates with the Grammy winner having a $2 billion networth while her fiancé is worth $90 million.
The Lover crooner is an owner of a “fancy estate in Rhode Island” while her husband-to-be is a football player in Missouri.
The source alleges that the two will be choosing one of the locations which upholds prenups, gives protection for separate property and less interference of the court in reframing agreements.
This came after the couple were spotted attending Travis’ friend wedding, stealing the spotlight with their chemistry and romantic vibes.
