Gina Carano drops bombshell about secret wedding

Gina Carano shared a surprise personal update during a May 2026 press conference in Los Angeles ahead of her upcoming MMA fight with Ronda Rousey.

During the appearance, the 43-year-old confirmed a private milestone from years earlier while reflecting on her life in Montana after Hollywood.

The actress, who first dated the retired Muay Thai fighter in the early 2000s, said she stepped away from Hollywood life after retirement and moved to Montana.

She told reporters, “I got married to my first and last love, Kevin Ross. And it was the best thing I've ever done. So now you all know. I'm married.”

Meanwhile, Ross, a Muay Thai fighter known as The Soul Assassin, previously reflected on his upbringing, saying,

“We'd move for various reasons. There was a lot going on. I grew up all over the country,” and added, “I was always drawn to it and it always intrigued me a lot.”

He later explained his nickname origin, recalling, “I had a crazy fight out there and some dude after the fight came up to me and said that should be my nickname just cause of way I fought,”

Moreover, he confirmed the couple kept their 2022 courthouse wedding private for months, noting, “We didn't even tell our family about it for a few months,” adding, “It was nice keeping it a secret.”
