Kristen Stewart has opened up about working with Quentin Dupieux for her latest movie, Full Phil.

The American actress was very vocal about her opinion and has shared how her latest project came out to be so "unique" because of the filmmaker.

Ahead of her appearance at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, she gushed about what she thinks that the French musician is a mastermind.

She gushed sweet words for him to Variety, "I love his movies. They just don’t look or feel like anyone else’s, and those are the types of directors that actors are so lucky to be able to follow."

The 52-year-old is known for his "absurd and surreal" style and him being able to manage the production smoothly while wrapping projects up quickly under microbudget.

Speaking about his talent, she added, "He holds the camera at all times. You are with him, connected completely. He knows how he’s going to edit it by the end of the day. If he’s missing a shot, he gets it. He’s beyond an auteur, he’s like a mastermind.”

Kristen also confessed that she was eager to work with him as his movies had intrigued her previously.

She stars in the latest movie with Woody Harrelson, Emma Mackey, Charlotte Le Bon, and Tim Heidecker.

Notably, soon after the interview, the Twilight star also stunned everyone in a see-through skirt and shirt.
