James Cameron, who recently produced Billie Eilish concert film, Billie Eilish: Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour, recently made a revelation.

The screenplay writer has added his opinion on what will be the difference in his upcoming installments of Avatar.

He has previously worked on major projects like Titanic, The Terminator, Aliens, and many more.

While speaking at The Empire Film Podcast, he said that he will be making the forthcoming movies in "short" time.

He stated, "Avatar 4’ and ‘5’ are still floating out there. We’re going to be looking at some new technologies to try to do them more efficiently."

The 71-year-old added, "Because they’re hideously expensive and take a long time. I want to do them in half the time for two-thirds of the cost. That’s my metric. And so it’s going to take us a year or so to figure out how to do that."

He also disclosed that he currently has multiple things going on, "You know, I’ll be doing some writing. I’ve got a number of projects that I’m cooking,"

Although the dates can change, it has to be noted that the anticipated movies, Avatar 4 and 5, will be out by December 2029 and December 2031, respectively.
