Jacob Elordi has dropped a confusing hint about his character Nate Jacobs from the massively popular show Euphoria as season 3 rolls out.
The Wuthering Heights actor’s clue has been dissected by fans, since the 28-year-old remained tight-lipped about the details overall.
In a preview clip from his upcoming appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Academy Award nomimated actor was asked if he can share anything about the new season.
“From my part, cause I only know my part in the season because the whole thing is like the JFK files, it’s all redacted,” Elordi said while laughing.
“For mine, I think a good phrase I guess for my season is ‘white fritillaries,’ Do with that what you will, ” he added, to the confusion of Fallon who said that he had no idea what that means.
Internet users took to social media platforms such as X to debunk and decode the clue, with many noting that Elordi had named a flower.
One netizen wrote, “I remember when he said that. If he’s talking about the flowers white fritillaries symbolize purity, grace, and healing. Which would be great for Nate’s character development in Euphoria.”
Another speculated, “nate's gonna die right,” as a third added “They symbolize healing, reflection and renewal.”
